Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy: 48 hours notice (2 business days excluding weekends) is required if you cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee based on the cost of the treatment booked will be charged. 

Same day cancellations, reschedules or no shows: 100% cancellation fee based on the cost of the treatment booked. Payment can be made by card payment link or Revolut. 

Unfortunately cancellations, reschedules or no shows last minute result in empty appointment so I ask you to please to be respectful of my time.

My appointments are very precious to my clients and I. The people on my waiting list would love to book in, but they need notice and as my business is my source of income, a same day cancellation, reschedule or no show affects my income.
